1. Who we are and what you accept
Wildscript ("we") is responsible for wildscript.org. Contact: hola@wildscript.org. By using the site or creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Wildscript creates content about the natural world. On this site you can discover our books, read the blog, watch the videos, request downloadable gifts and use reading recommendation tools.
- Purchases are made on Amazon, not on this website. Wildscript does not process payments. Each edition of a book is a separate book on Amazon and is governed by Amazon's conditions.
- Recommender and assistant. They use artificial intelligence to suggest books. They are only a guide: they can be wrong and do not replace an adult's judgement.
3. Accounts
- Accounts are for adults only (mothers, fathers, guardians and educators). By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens in your account.
- You may not use another person's account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of wildscript.org (texts, photographs, images, design and code) belong to Wildscript or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view them and share links; you may not copy them, distribute them or create derivative works without written permission. For questions about rights: derechos@wildscript.org.
5. Links and third-party content
The site includes links to external stores and services (for example Amazon and YouTube). We do not control their content or practices, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, nor the accuracy of automatic recommendations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to Wildscript (currently 0, because the site is free).
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, we will ask you to accept them again the next time you sign in. The current version is the one shown at the top of this document.
